Hi, I’m Nichole Kelso! I was born and raised in Oregon, and I’m proud to call this beautiful state home. As a wife and mom to two wonderful daughters, family is at the heart of everything I do. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, exploring our community, trying new restaurants, and making memories with my girls.

I’m passionate about community and believe strongly in building genuine, lasting relationships. I chose a career in real estate because I truly enjoy helping people and wanted the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives. Hi! I’m Gillian — a wife, mom, business owner, and real estate broker serving Eugene and the surrounding areas.

My husband Devin and I have a one year old daughter, Amaya, who is truly the center of our world. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, thrifting vintage/Y2K fashion, or finding an excuse to get out and explore Oregon together.
Before getting into real estate, I built my career in esthetics and eventually became a co-owner of Melted Aesthetics. Being an entrepreneur taught me how much I love working closely with people, educating them, advocating for them, and helping them feel confident making big decisions.

I was drawn to real estate because I wanted to take those same skills into something that could have an even bigger impact on families. Buying or selling a home can be exciting, overwhelming, emotional, and completely life-changing, and I love being the person my clients can trust to explain the process, fight for their best interests, and make it all feel a little less intimidating.
