The Lane County market continues to stay active heading into spring. Compared to last month, we saw a strong jump in closed sales and new listings, showing buyers and sellers are getting back into the market.

Compared to this time last year, home prices have remained steady with modest appreciation, while homes are taking a bit longer to sell as buyers continue to be selective and value conscious. Overall, well priced homes are still moving, and activity is picking up across Lane County.

March marked a significant uptick in activity, with new listings and new pendings each rising nearly 30% from February, a strong indicator that the spring market has arrived. On a year-over-year basis, new listings remained essentially flat while pending sales increased 3.4%. Average sale prices edged down slightly compared to both last month and last year, and the average days on market continues to exceed 60.

To date, this is our all time favorite staging project. Not only did we get to stage a beautiful home, but we also had the opportunity to work with Hartford Home Design during the design phase.
Hartford incorporated green throughout the design, and it was so fun for us to layer in our own green decor through the staging process. Everything came together in a way that felt intentional, elevated, and truly one of a kind.
That’s a wrap on our Top 6 staging projects.
Each home was unique, but the goal is always the same. To create a space that feels inviting, intentional, and easy for buyers to connect with.

Because this home was just adorable. How could this sweet University home not make the list?

Our sellers were living in Italy, and this was another project where we not only staged the home but also coordinated with multiple contractors to get everything ready for market.

We had a huge turnout at the open house and ended up with four strong offers, all well over our list price.

This home had such a natural warmth from the start. We loved leaning into the rich wood tones and soft plastered walls.

The goal was to enhance what was already there rather than compete with it, creating a space that felt both elevated and effortless.
