I have a three-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home available for rent on April 1. The house is in the Churchill area. The property has a nice big yard, new interior paint, new LVT flooring throughout, new appliances, a remodeled bathroom, and a two-car garage.
We are looking for a tenant who is interested in a long-term lease. Rent has not been decided- but it looks like it will be in the $1,500 range. (Yard maintenance TBD with new tenant)
