It's done! Looks like it will be an awesome year round farmer's market!

Tomorrow, Saturday June 4th, will be the first market that our farmer friends from the Lane County Farmer's Market will have inside the new Farmer's Market Pavilion. The Pavilion is located just across the Park Blocks, where the butterfly parking structure used to be. Needless to say we have been watching the construction progress nearly every Saturday for the last year and a half, and we are so excited to finally see the building full of fresh food and plants.

This is shaping up and looking very nice. It is practically across the street from our office. It will be much nicer than the parking lot that it is replacing.

There are big plans getting under way in the area around our office.

This will be the permanent home for the Lane County Farmers Market, which will then be year-round. The market will be an indoor and outdoor space, increasing the number of vendors allowed.
