Our reputation is our most valuable asset.

Contact us today for a refreshing and alternative approach to home buying and selling! The Founders of Eugene’s Alternative REALTORS
Founded in 1999 by Dave and Pam, Eugene’s Alternative has been a staple in the Eugene, Oregon real estate market. With a vision to create a company that embodies Eugene's values and qualities, Dave and Pam transitioned from successful careers with Century 21 and RE/MAX to establish a new standard in real estate service. A Legacy of Excellence
In 2014, Pam and her daughter Tawnya assumed ownership of Eugene’s Alternative, ensuring that the company remains a family affair. With over 40 years of combined experience, Pam and Tawnya continue the tradition of exceptional service, guiding clients through their real estate journey with expertise and care. Rooted in Community
As a locally woman owned and operated business, Eugene’s Alternative is deeply rooted in the Eugene community. Our team of 5 agents, including family and friends, is committed to building lasting relationships with clients and neighbors alike. A Commitment to You
At Eugene’s Alternative, our priority is not just the transaction but the relationship. We strive to represent our clients' needs so exceptionally that we earn their trust for life. Whether buying or selling, we are dedicated to providing a seamless and rewarding experience for every client. Over 85% of our business comes from direct referrals, a testament to the quality of our service. By focusing on delivering outstanding results rather than seeking out new business, we ensure that our clients receive the attention and care they deserve. Your Referrals Matter
We consider your referrals the highest compliment we can receive. Thank you for trusting us with your real estate needs and for allowing us to serve the Eugene community with pride and integrity.
