A lot of real estate gets reduced to numbers.
For me, this year was about range. Different goals, different properties, and helping people make decisions that truly fit their lives.

From first-time buyers to land and acreage, from in-town homes to rural lifestyle, every property came with its own considerations — zoning, land use, and long-term plans.

One of the most meaningful moments this year was closing the loop on the very first home I helped a buyer purchase 11 years ago. Real estate isn’t just transactions, it’s relationships over time.
