Today is National Hamburger Day which, according to our team mascot and professional copilot, Sadie, should really be recognized as a company holiday 🍔After a long day of showings, inspections, office visits, and important copilot responsibilities (supervising from the passenger seat, greeting clients, morale boosting, and quality control of snacks), Sadie takes her job very seriously. 🐾

Unfortunately, after particularly long work days, she also feels I owe her compensation. 😂 Apparently my official apology for making her work overtime is a hamburger 🍔 I don't make the rules — I just receive the disappointed side-eye from the back seat until burgers have been supplied.

Life can feel heavy sometimes. Stress, grief, loneliness, burnout, anxiety, uncertainty… many of us carry things quietly while still showing up for work, family, and everyone around us. If you're struggling, please know this: you matter, you are loved, and your presence in this world makes a difference.

A phone call, a text message, checking in on a friend, or simply asking "How are you really doing?" can have more impact than we realize. Sometimes the smallest moments of connection become the biggest lifelines.

And if you need to hear it today: asking for help is strength, not weakness. 🙏
