I will set you up in an automated email program that will email you any time something is listed or has a price reduction and fits your criteria. This will ensure that you have the opportunity to be one of the fist people to see new listings. Simply let us know when you see something that interest you and we will get you in as soon as possible. Once we have written the offer on the home you select, I will negotiate the sale for you with the seller or other real estate agent. By handling the negotiation for you, a comfortable buffer between you and the seller is formed. During the negotiation process, We all work together to get you the best purchase possible. My service for you will only begin once we negotiate the sale. I manage the whole process for you, including:
