SOLD x 2 today 🥳🥳 a simultaneous close is not an easy feat ! -I am so happy this all came together - sold my client's home and property in Dexter and closed on their purchase of a newly remodeled low-maintenance home in Springfield. SOLD is my favorite four letter word! My client called me on a Saturday morning in July and said “ there’s a home for sale in my old neighborhood. I’ve always regretted that I sold my house there. I want to see it today. “
So I jumped in my car and drove to Damascus. While was in route he talked with Ladelle and got his loan going. Two hours later I arrived & 3 houses down from the one I sold for him five years ago was this single level home with beautiful views. We were pending four hours later. Inspection was clean sewer scope was not. Negotiated a new sewer line for him. And we closed today.
