It’s a cozy Eugene Monday 🍁
The air’s cool, the trees are showing off, and yes — I’m starting the week with a pumpkin spice latte ☕️
Fall in Eugene has a rhythm of its own. The fog rolls in, the leaves turn that perfect shade of burnt orange, and the pace of life slows just enough to take it all in. It’s honestly one of the most beautiful seasons to experience Oregon — and one of my favorite times to help relocation buyers explore our community.
When you’re moving here from out of state, fall gives you a real feel for what life is like year-round — weekend markets, tree-lined neighborhoods, and cozy coffee shops on every corner. You get to see which areas fit your lifestyle best, whether that’s near the University, tucked into the Coburg countryside, or close to Eugene’s trails and rivers.
As the song says, “make your own kind of music” — and finding the right place to call home is exactly that. It’s about discovering your rhythm, your people, and your corner of Eugene that feels like it was made for you.
