New and exciting things are happening! I don't do enough social media, so you know this is special! I have been working with Freeman and Dustin for the last 3 years. First with their coaching platform and then joining them on the highest producing team in Lane County. They have now branched out and started their own brokerage, built from the ground up!

They have always been focused on serving clients, the community and staying on the forefront of the industry with systems to help grow our business. My business has grown in ways unimaginable with their guidance and comradery. I know that they will continue to help so many other agents like myself who are looking to take their business and service to the next level! They are working on some seriously cool and nerdy systems! 🤓

I hold many leadership positions in the industry, helping my fellow Realtors. I will continue my journey to make sure that I am fulfilling my purpose and helping to elevate us all.

The February housing numbers for Lane County show buyer activity starting to pick up as we head toward spring. Pending sales rose 8% compared to last year and jumped over 16% from January. Inventory is now around 3.4 months, giving buyers more options while demand remains strong for well-priced homes. If you’re curious what these trends mean for your plans, I’m always happy to help interpret the market.

December’s market shows a seasonal slowdown—but not weakness. New listings dropped sharply, reducing competition for sellers, while closed sales increased both month over month and year over year. Buyers benefit from longer market times and more negotiating room. Although December prices came in slightly lower than last year, overall 2025 pricing remained stable. A balanced market heading into the new year creates opportunity on both sides.
