Buyer Criteria:
• Up to $1.2M
• 2,700+ sq. ft.
• 4+ bedrooms (a must)
• Preferably one level, but two-story is okay for the right home
• Flat, usable yard/play area for small children (not on a slope)
• 3-car garage preferred, though a 2-car garage is workable
• Open-concept main living area
• Family-friendly layout for 5–6 younger children with good flow between living spaces
