As some of you may already know, I decided recently to retire from real estate. I always enjoyed looking at houses and problem solving, but the best part was all the amazing people I was lucky to have worked with. After 26 years of working with home buyers and home sellers and a few commercial properties, it was time to move on to other things. I've been spending most of my free time with my four grandkids and either hiking or swimming laps about every other day. Several past clients have contacted me about working with them and I've been referring people to my friend, Barb Barnard. Barb has been a realtor with Windermere for about 15 years and I had a few sales with her over the years. She is also an avid hiker and I see her and her husband on trails now and then.
