Another exciting milestone for some wonderful sellers! ❤️🌹 After successfully getting their home under contract, we didn't waste any time finding the next chapter. Within just a couple of days, we had them pending on their new home too! 🎉

This charming cottage checked so many of the boxes they were hoping for—character, versatility, outdoor space, and room to grow. From the beautifully updated interior to the detached ADU and incredible garden potential, it's easy to see why they fell in love with this one. 🌿

Buying and selling at the same time can feel like a giant puzzle, but seeing all the pieces come together is incredibly rewarding. Big progress since our last triplex update! 🌹 A few weeks ago, this was just a framed-out vision. Today, all three units are fully framed and the roof is on, making it much easier to see how these townhomes will come together.

Each unit features:
🏡 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs
🏡 Living room, kitchen, and half bath downstairs
🏡 Attached 1-car garage

These three townhome-style units are being built as long-term rentals and, while there's still a couple months of work ahead, it's exciting to see the project taking shape. 🔨 The transformation from foundation to framing happens fast—and the finish work is where all the details start coming together.

Studies have found PTSD rates ranging from 15% to nearly 30% among veterans who served in combat zones, underscoring the lasting impact military service can have long after returning home. 🙏
