At the same time, pending sales were up 6.7%, meaning buyers are still actively shopping. 📊

The challenge with waiting is that everyone else may have the same idea. There’s something really rewarding about trading laptops and lockboxes for work gloves, soap buckets, paint brushes, and tool belts for the day 🛠️🚗

RED Day is one of our favorite traditions at Keller Williams because it gives us the chance to step outside of real estate and spend the day giving back alongside so many incredible people in our community. 💪 Derrick jumped wherever help was needed — washing fleet vehicles, restoring benches, tackling projects, and putting those contractor skills right back to work.
