Never a day off for this guy… just a change of tools. 😂🔨 When the neighbors and friends need a hand building a shed, Derrick is the guy to call—and honestly, he seems pretty happy about it. This shed came together board by board, with a few adjustments along the way and a lot of time spent making sure it was done right.

A house is four walls. It can be bought, sold, measured, renovated, photographed, and appraised. It exists whether anyone is there or not. But the word “home” means something different. ❤️ A home isn’t the structure itself; it’s what happens there, what accumulates there, and what that space comes to mean to the people who live in it.

Lane County’s market is showing an interesting shift this week: buyers are still moving, but there’s noticeably less new inventory entering the conversation. 🤔 That combination can create a very different experience depending on where you sit—sellers may have less competition for attention, while buyers who find the right home may need to be ready to act rather than assume more options are just around the corner.
