At the same time, pending sales were up 6.7%, meaning buyers are still actively shopping. 📊

The challenge with waiting is that everyone else may have the same idea. Once school is out and summer arrives, the market often sees a rush of new inventory, creating more competition for sellers. ☀️ There's no perfect week to list, but there is value in understanding what the rest of the market is doing. RED Day is one of our favorite traditions at Keller Williams because it gives us the chance to step outside of real estate and spend the day giving back alongside so many incredible people in our community. 💪 Derrick jumped wherever help was needed — washing fleet vehicles, restoring benches, tackling projects, and putting those contractor skills right back to work.
