Tucked into the heart of Coburg is a community bookstore and event venue housed in the historic home of Coburg United Methodist Church.

The February housing numbers for Lane County show buyer activity starting to pick up as we head toward spring. Pending sales rose 8% compared to last year and jumped over 16% from January. Inventory is now around 3.4 months, giving buyers more options while demand remains strong for well-priced homes. Buyers benefit from longer market times and more negotiating room. Although December prices came in slightly lower than last year, overall 2025 pricing remained stable. A balanced market heading into the new year creates opportunity on both sides.
