The best time was had last night with at the Winter installation dinner and the Realtor Awards. I won best social media presence and co won most likely to star in a reality tv show! (Call me !) It means so much because it was voted on by the other realtors in the association. I hugely appreciate everyone that voted for me and who made last night happen. The cake auction raised over $5k for charity and our table finished our enromous dubai chocolate cake. So excited for 2026!

I actually have way more than three, but these may be the top 3.
First, definitely, be prepared for moody weather. One minute you’re sipping coffee in sunshine, the next you’re questioning every life choice under a sudden downpour. Layers become your love language.

Second, it's hard not to be outside exploring the outdoors with how many beautiful natural wonders we have around us. Between the rivers, lakes, waterfalls, ocean, bike trails, caves, rock climbing, even mushroom hunting we have it all!

Thirdly, Oregonians can be a quirky bunch and Eugene is no exception. You’ll meet barefoot grocery shoppers, tie-dye professors, and neighbors who grow zucchinis the size of toddlers. But that’s what makes this place feel like home.
