We endeavor to be at the top of our field and are highly qualified with the following Realtor certifications: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Master Certified

Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Digital Marketing Pro (e-PRO®), Licensed in the State of Oregon. In addition to Steve and Sally Jo, we have an excellent support team backing us including our son James Wickham as Broker and Buyers Agent. Our Unlicensed Team includes Jan Phaigh-McCreary As Executive Assistant / Transaction Coordinator, and Zac Kier Certified Transaction Coordinator/Marketing Specialist. We are aggressive, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. We strive to provide complete care with your Real Estate Concerns thereby achieving our goal as Your Personal Real Estate Expert for Life! As a Buyer's Agent we spend time; introducing buyers to lenders, emailing properties before they hit the common market giving our buyers an edge over other buyers, making appointments, and showing listings that match buyers' requirements, to list just a few. Some of our duties as your broker are to use our professional knowledge and tools to find you a house that meets your needs. Secondly, we will guide you through the offer process. Lastly, we will be representing your interests throughout this process and negotiating on your behalf. A home purchase is a very important decision; you see the importance of having a team of professionals, like us, representing you. While working with you, we will ask for some specific duties from you as well; like providing us with the updated financial information needed to get your offer accepted and if you see ads, signs, open houses, FSBOs, new construction, or website ads you will contact us first so that we can represent you to those Sellers. Let us just add, we get so many calls from Buyers on our listings who are already working with agents. They say they don't want to "bother" their agent or "waste" their time, you are NOT wasting our time! We never want you to feel like you cannot call us for information on a property, that is why you want to be our client. Let us do the heavy lifting for you!

Think owning a home requires a massive down payment? Think again! With certain loans like FHA, you can get started with just 3.5% down!

Here's how it helps:
✅ Lower Upfront Cost – It makes homeownership more accessible, especially for first-time buyers.
✅ Opportunity to Build Equity – Instead of renting, start building your wealth with your own property.
✅ Multiple Loan Options – FHA loans are just one option; ask your lender about others like conventional loans with as little as 3% down!

Don’t let the myth of a 20% down payment hold you back from buying your dream home. Let’s talk about how you can make it happen! 🏠💰
