Although inventory in our area remains low, the arrival of Spring historically brings new homes onto the market. Currently, on average, homes are selling at 100% of list price, showing good price stability in our market. Relocations into Oregon continue to contribute to area home sales. Although the housing market remains competitive, there are still great opportunities to be found.
