In my younger years, I was very active in all kinds of sports. I played soccer on the Boys Club state championship team in middle school. I was an avid downhill skier and even taught downhill skiing for a few years. In high school, I lettered in tennis and cross country running and ran in a couple of marathons after high school with my best time around 3:30. I graduated from the University of Oreg
on in 1991 with bachelor degrees in Management, Marketing, and Psychology and have lived and worked in the Eugene/Springfield area since 1994. I began my real estate career in 1995 starting out as a property managers assistant and in less than a year, became the property manager. During my employment with this company, I managed 100's of properties. I diversified my knowledge in the industry by heading the maintenance department for several years eventually moving to become the head bookkeeper for another several years before returning to be the property manager once again. In 2006, I attained my real estate license. In 2008, I changed employers and became the Operations Manager at Bell Real Estate, Inc. where I went about updating and improving processes and documentation for the business while managing 100's of properties. I became the General Manager at Bell Real Estate, in late 2018 and managed the business until late 2023. I have steadily increased my real estate activities over the years and have since begun to solely focus on real estate sales. During the more than 28 years that I was involved in property management, I gutted and remodeled several homes and updated 100's of other residential units including apartments, duplexes, and houses. I believe my knowledge in maintenance and remodeling is a huge benefit to my real estate clients - whether a seller or buyer. I can help my seller clients determine what areas of their home to update or remodel in order to get buyers attention, receive multiple offers, and sell their home for the most money. I can help my buyer clients determine what issues the home may have even before they pay for an inspection. I can offer remodeling ideas, estimate the costs, and even provide some contacts to potentially do the work needed. My attention to detail and desire to ensure my clients satisfaction drive everything I do.
