🗑️ Meet our little helper! Here’s a quick reminder on how to use Trash Valet at The Flats! 🧹✨

Please make sure your trash is inside your trash bin and placed directly in front of your door or it will not be picked up.

Have an excessive amount of trash? Please take it to the 1st-floor trash room instead. And don’t forget to break down all boxes before disposing of them! 📦

Please help us keep our trash chutes clean so we can keep our hallways clean, too! 🧼

🏈 GAME DAY PARKING: Security will NOT allow vehicles into the parking lot without a valid parking sticker.

⚠️ FUTURE PARKING: The Future Parking area is reserved ONLY for move-ins and tours. Any unauthorized vehicles parked there will be towed.

Please make sure your vehicle is parked in the correct area and your parking sticker is clearly visible! 💙
