👩🏻‍💼Role: Escrow Officer

📍Years with Western Title: 6 years

💬 What do you love about your job?: I love that every single day is different and brings new challenges. There is really never a boring day in escrow. We also have an amazing group of people in our office that I am so grateful to work with!

🏡 Life outside of work: My fiancé and I grew up in Newport, so we love to get away and visit family on the coast as much as we can. We also love to be outside, whether it’s snowboarding in the winter or lots of camping in the summertime. We have two fur babies, Kuja and Kyro, who keep us super busy as well.

🎉 Fun fact: The first concert I ever went to was Hannah Montana on her Farewell Tour.

The Lane County market continues to hold steady. Home prices have stabilized, inventory remains relatively limited, and sellers still have an advantage in many areas. With more listings seeing price adjustments, buyers have greater opportunities, but a renewed surge in demand could put upward pressure on prices once again.

What a night at Field of Dreams! 💙

This year’s event raised over $360,000 for Boys & Girls Club of Lane County, officially breaking the record! 🙌🏼 What an incredible community effort supporting such an amazing organization and the kids they serve.

We were especially proud to cheer on our very own escrow officer, Tera Schmeling, who was one of this year’s All-Stars! ⭐️ We loved getting to support Tera and celebrate alongside so many incredible people who came together to make a difference.

👩🏼‍💼Role: Sales Executive

📍Years with Western Title: 2 years

💬 What do you love about your job?: Honestly, it’s the people. From my coworkers to our clients, I’ve been surrounded by genuinely kind, supportive people since day one. I never pictured myself in sales, so I was a little intimidated when I started. But I quickly realized this job isn’t really about sales, it’s about showing up authentically and building genuine relationships. Between my clients, coworkers, and everyone who’s supported me along the way, I feel incredibly lucky to know you all. You’re the reason I look forward to coming to work every day.

🏡 Life outside of work: I am married to my childhood crush, Brycen and we have a baby boy on the way, due in November. We are so excited! We have a dog named Piper who is our first baby. I’m the youngest of four siblings and my family means the world to me. In my free time, I love working out, traveling, camping, painting/crafts, working on our house we recently renovated, wake surfing and concerts. pretty much anything outdoors. I’d like to think I’m a pretty well rounded person. You can find me at the Oregon Country Fair one weekend and a country music festival the next!

🎉 Fun fact: My legal name was actually just “Mi” until a few years ago…I blame my mom for putting a space in my name on my birth certificate. Needless to say, I’ll be triple-checking when I write my baby’s name on his birth certificate. 🤍
