Born and raised in Springfield, Christie began her career in the title industry in 1996 and quickly transitioned to escrow in 1997. With nearly three decades of experience, she has developed a strong attention to detail and smooth transaction management. Christie is passionate about providing exceptional service as an Escrow Officer at Evergreen Land Title and guiding clients through each step of the escrow process with clarity and care.

Join us in welcoming Stephanie Akins as our newest Escrow Officer at Evergreen Land Title! 🌲

With industry experience going back to 1997, she’s worked in customer service, as a Title Officer, 8 years as an Escrow Officer, and 14 years in mortgage loan processing—bringing well-rounded expertise in real estate and a strong client-first work ethic. She’s excited to bring dedication to building her escrow desk, and serving our clients with excellence and care.

Outside of work, Stephanie is part of the 5 AM Club, hitting the gym daily with a passion for health and wellness—all so she can enjoy life to the fullest with her three grandsons.
