Kitchen > full size refrig, full size stove, new kitchen counter + sink + faucet ------------ Please call -or- TEXT 479.244.5440 ((a)) as opposed to leaving a fb message, I don't tend to fb very well ((b)) between 10am-6pm, points are deducted for not observing this ------------ UPSTAIRS ((c)) MUST be able to navigate steps easily ((d)) MUST be a light stepper and respectful that you have a neighbor below you ------------ The apartment is almost READY for move in ((e)) we will not 'hold' it unless it just works out that way, we don't mind searching for the right tenant ((f)) or if you're approved, you can put down a deposit and pay rent until you're able to move in. That would be non-refundable because if we take it off the market for you and then you change your mind, that is lost opportunity for our business. ----------- Speaking of APPROVED, parts of that process are ((g)) everyone at the apartments must go through the background check which is $20 ((h)) Proof of ability to pay which would be a job that shows longevity, or disability, or social security etc. I understand this makes it difficult for people moving to town that don't currently have a job locally, showing history ------------ This 2nd story apartment is suitable for ONE tenant with ONE vehicle ------------ RENT $725 includes all utilities. Good morning, Everyone. Our apartments will have TWO openings very soon. 1) The first available will be a downstairs one-bedroom unit appropriate for 1 to 2 people. We are cleaning it now. Available in a week-ish. 2) The second one will be on the second level. It is also a one-bedroom unit appropriate for 1-2 people. Available mid December. ---I can't remember for sure, but I think these units have photos posted here, Apt #4 and Apt #6. I think we can show #4 next week. 3) Requirements > A) pet policy: we have always allowed cats and dogs, most dogs ... not ones on the top ten insurance hit list. We have never before had a pet deposit but thinking we may have to implement one. I know this makes it harder to get into an apartment but why should we have to take on the highly probable loss from pet damage? It's amazing how many people don't think their pets cause damage or that it's normal. B) One year lease. C) Rent includes electric, water, trash, gas. D) Laundry room on site. $700 for one person, $740 for two people. Fyi, predictions are that utilites are going up 30-60% coming soon. E) Full size kitchen appliances. E) Located on Hwy 62 just out of town between Hill Country Hardware and Good Shepherd Animal Shelter. F) regular deposit same as rent. G) We run a $20 background check for those truly interested. H) Great people live here and we will keep it that way. It's quiet and not a party place. No loud drunks or druggies. I) For 7 years we have maintained a 98% occupancy rate. Pets ok... with approval. Look in the photos ... Apt. #6 ... kind of midway in the photos. Internet is on the property but is not included as a promised amenity > It is free to all (may need an extender).
