Officially closed on this super cute manufactured home this week! It was by far the easiest transaction I’ve completed so far.

Got a call from my client one evening for a different listing, and by the next day we were already checking it out! We viewed two others and once we decided which one to put an offer on, it ended up being sold to a different buyer.

As soon as this listing came on, we immediately scheduled a showing and we were writing the offer that same afternoon! After a day or so we got the call that our offer was selected among 6 others. 2 weeks later and they have the keys to their new place! I’m hoping I’ll be able to list their old home pretty soon, after a few repairs are made - be on the lookout for that one!

Closed on this historic and huge Victorian yesterday! So excited for my clients & who were so patient and understanding during this crazy hot seller’s market!

We started searching in July and while we were out bid on a few others, everything happens for a reason as this home is special, so much character and so much space! With a storefront addition, I can’t wait to see their business blossom.

I had such a great time showing homes to them. It’s always my favorite part that I miss the most, finding the one 😍. Congratulations 🎉!

Officially closed escrow on this cute bungalow! So happy for my clients who needed a new home before the arrival of their baby girl 👶🏻💗

Started the search in July and two months later they have the keys to their new place! After submitting a few offers on other listings that went for way over asking, we were able to secure this home while staying within their budget and without needing to break the bank!

They were patient, flexible, and oh so very kind throughout the entire process. I look forward to helping their extended family. I was referred to their family member and we are already in escrow for their new place!
