Come join us next Wednesday, 1/14 from 6-9 pm at the ARS Office, 119 N Central Ave in Eureka for our monthly ARS/GPP Real Estate Meetup. This months topic is will address the first statement above. We will talk about how to change your mindset in real estate investing and overcome those fears. We will walk through the BRRRR strategy and breakdown a real life local deal and what the numbers look like. If you have any interest in investing in real estate or need a revival, you do not want to miss this one.
Things I can guarantee... There will be a small but welcoming group of people. There will be a wide range of investors ranging from those who have done 100+ deals to 0 deals. There will be great conversation, networking and learning. There might even be some real deals that take place in the room.
Doors open at 6 with food, drinks, and networking. We will dive into our discussion at 7 and go until we are tired of talking about real estate, or sometime around 9.
