About Dave Marlo

Dave is a St. Charles County native who currently resides in Wentzville with his beautiful wife, Kerri and two sons. Not only is he knowledgeable within the St. Charles County area, but he can turn any surrounding location into your new home. Taking pride in showing off the cities he knows and loves allows him to be the expert to help you with all of your home buying and selling needs.

Dave’s firefighter training helped shape his direct, straight-shooter approach for families who need his expert advice to sell their homes. He has been a firefighter/paramedic with the Wentzville Fire Protection District since 2001 and is currently ranked as a Captain. Dave is also a member of IAFF (International Association of Firefighters). In his free time, he enjoys being the Coach and Team Manager for his son’s hockey team — St. Peters Spirits.
