Nikki B Design Studio

Nikki B Design has evolved.

What began with renovation and real estate has naturally grown into the part of the process I enjoy most—figuring out what a property can become and creating the plan to get it there.

Today, Nikki B Design focuses on:

• Residential plan drawings
• Renovation and space planning
• Decks and remodels
• Design concepts and selections
• Project coordination and rehab planning

Whether you know exactly what you want or just know something about your space isn’t working, we can help take your project from idea to a clear, functional plan.

Serving the St. Louis area.

Have a project you’ve been trying to figure out? Send us a message.

Technically I should hire out the cleaning, but by doing the cleaning myself, it allows me to see if anything was missed & if so, then I put a punch list together for the contractor. It’s important to me & my investor that we put the best house on the market that we can.
