Some closings mean a little more—and this was definitely one of them.

My sellers and I worked together for over a year to get their home sold. Last summer, we went under contract and had several promising leads, but nothing made it to the finish line. Together, we decided to take the home off the market for the winter, regroup, and try again in the summer of 2026.

They trusted my guidance every step of the way, and this time, we found the right buyer. We got the home under contract, but the journey to closing came with some incredibly challenging obstacles. When a transaction gets tough, having both sides willing to communicate, brainstorm, and work toward solutions makes all the difference.

My clients flew back to Montana to clean out their home without knowing for certain whether the sale would close. They were truly on pins and needles! Being able to surprise them with a beautiful bouquet and a bottle of w**e so they could finally celebrate made the moment even sweeter. 💐🍷
