Now this is exciting!

Our mission: to find historic properties that no one knows what to do with and transform them into places everyone wants to be.
We’re used to snickers and blank stares when we start a project. We’re used to persuading lenders to take a risk on us. But we never get used to the moment when our weird, big idea starts to become a reality.
Today we had our first staff meeting at . This historic hotel has been mothballed for too long, and we’re about to start renovations. Reopening goal: June 2021.
It’s gonna be a wild ride, y’all. Let’s get started.
