šŸ¾Congratulations to my sellers! Closings are so brief compared to years ago. The banks/lending companies do a lot of electronic signing that cuts the actual time at the closing table in half. I barely had time to thank the buyer agent, buyer and, of course, my sellers before being escorted out 20 minutes after getting to the attorneyā€™s office! It felt just like the listing: 1 showing and Bam! Under Contract! My sellers did a phenomenal job getting their home ā€˜Market Readyā€™. They renovated floors, lighting, paint, hardware/fixtures, doors, and the deck! The buyer couldnā€™t resist. Thank you for making my job so much easier & congratulations on the sale of your home! šŸ”šŸ”‘šŸ¾
