Whether you’re buying or selling, deals are looking different at the moment.

Almost half of sellers gave buyers a concession recently – the highest share on record for this time of year. Builders are also compromising, with over 60% offering incentives like upgrades or discounts.

That says one thing: negotiations are back on the table.

🚨If you are able to donate blood, please do! There is a shortage and cancer patients are some of the recipients in our area. I get motion sickness and am borderline anemic. I get very nervous about donating, but knowing that cancer patients who are going through chemotherapy need blood, I toughened up and got through it! (Also, taking an iron supplement helps if your levels are off. 😉)
