Henry Cloud discussed this at EntreLeadership Summit yesterday too. If you're a leader, it's your responsibility to make sure your team understands what THEY CONTROL that helps to move the needle toward success. If they know what those things are, they can actually do their job well... and be satisfied doing it.

If you have been on the fence, something to keep in mind, is that interest rates will continue to climb through 2022 to try and combat inflation. While this isnt necessarily a reason to jump right in and buy a house now it is definitely something to consider. It will affect your budget when you do begin to shop for your dream.
