2nd closing of the New Year thanks to this guy! Closed a house with his brother in law a week ago and now with him (AGAIN ..4th transaction) today. Am i happy he’s moving to Greenville? No…but if i had to pick a spot for him to go…it is Greenville since I’m in and out all the time. He’ll be back to Augusta for his doctorate program at AU tho. Augusta’s loss for sure Pankhil! My bonus son. Love you lots ❤️

Y’all. This is SUPER WOMAN. And I’m not exaggerating! 4 babies.. 6 and under…house sold, another bought, packed, moved, worked 12 hrs a day most days for 30 days and closed on both TODAY! WHEW! I have no idea how they did it (btw…dad not pictured bc he was with the movers) but THEY DID. 4 transactions with me…and it’s bittersweet to say….probably our last! I love you Mal…and congratulations on your dream home! I LOVE it!! Y’all are going to be SO happy there! It’s a good day ❤️❤️xoxo
