New listings, happy clients at the closing table, a professional photoshoot, time spent connecting with some incredible people in this industry, pickleball with friends, and another trip around the sun. 🎂🏡✨
There were plenty of coffee meetings, showings, phone calls, emails, negotiations, and behind-the-scenes moments in between — all leading to the moments that make this career so rewarding.
But the best part of August was the people. My clients who trust me with such important milestones, the colleagues and friends who make this business more fun, and my family who is always there through it all.
Feeling incredibly grateful for a full month and excited for everything September has in store. 🤍

Congratulations to my sellers on the sale of their beautiful home in River Island, and congratulations to the buyers on purchasing an incredible property that came with an established Masters rental contract and beautiful furnishings.

This closing was a great example of why experience matters—especially in the luxury market. Understanding the ins and outs of Masters rentals, connecting the buyers with the rental company, ensuring the existing rental contract was properly transferred, and coordinating a detailed Bill of Sale for the furnishings required a little extra work, but ultimately created a win-win for both parties.

We are certainly going to miss this wonderful family in River Island, but I’m so grateful they trusted me with the sale of their home and excited for what’s ahead for them.
