It’s a tough market right now, especially for buyers when you know your offer is going up against many, often dozens of others.
This last week has been nuts, 2 open houses, a final walk-through, a closing, 3 inspections (and two more by tomorrow afternoon), 24 homes toured and over 270 miles driven just scratches the surface.
I’m calling it a victory that two of my first-time homebuyers had their offers accepted. This was the first and only offer submitted by both buyers, so it’s a big win in my book!
