Dear Tenants,

The forecast for Sunday evening through Tuesday is frigidly cold. At these low temps. pipes are prone to bursting, but some things can be done to avoid this.

Please open and keep open any cabinets concealing a pipe to allow heat in.
Please make sure all windows are closed.
Please keep the sinks on with a thin trickle of water.

If you have any problems with your heat not working, please call your building engineer or the office number at 847-328-5444. If it is the weekend, wait for the option to be connected to the overnight and weekend answering service. They can also contact your maintenance engineer.
