Just Closed on this super awesome unit in Evanston. PRIME location! Huge space! Vintage building with all the goodies. Yes, please 😍

It’s so nice meeting people that have reached out to you based off a past client’s referrals. (I don’t even know who is was…) but it’s seriously THE BEST feeling when someone that doesn’t know you at all, talks you up and says all the sweetest things, all based off hearsay from a friend. It makes me want to work SO hard for you!!!! And that’s exactly what happened with this deal.

It’s not very typical that you negotiate a rental listing. Especially in todays market where there are a surplus of renters. I’m really happy I was able to do this for my clients. And kind of proud of myself ☺️
