Trivia Time! Do you know the answer? If you said, "Multiple Listing System", you are correct! The MLS is a real estate agent's greatest tool for helping to find homes for their clients. The MLS is where all homes for sale are uploaded with their corresponding details and paperwork. Many homes are privately listed in this system when they want agents to see their listing before they are fully prepared to go live to the public. This allows agents to stay informed with the market and navigate finding a home that best fits their client's desires.

Today's Neighborhood Spotlight: Lincoln Square!

Imagine spending a Saturday morning picking up fresh flowers and pastries at the Lincoln Square Farmers Market, browsing the shelves at The Book Cellar, and grabbing lunch on a patio along Lincoln Avenue.

Trivia Time! Do you know the answer? If you said, "Brutalism", you are correct!

The name “Brutalism” comes from the French phrase béton brut, meaning “raw concrete”. The bold geometric shapes and exposed materials were intentionally designed to show the building “as is” without decorative coverups. Brutalist buildings became especially popular in the 1950s–1970s after WWII because they were durable and practical.

One of Chicago's more iconic neighborhoods, Ravenswood is a very popular place to move to. You'll find classic Chicago homes mixed with incredible local spots like the Ravenswood corridor breweries, the shops along Lincoln Square nearby, cozy coffee shops, and some of the best patio dining on the north side. Plus, having both the Brown Line and Metra makes getting downtown surprisingly easy.

It’s one of those neighborhoods where people know their favorite bartender, walk their dogs to Horner Park, and somehow still feel connected to the city without the nonstop chaos.

It's official! Fireworks at Navy Pier are back! Grab a blanket, pack your favorite snacks, and head to Navy Pier on Wednesdays or Saturdays for fireworks over the lake all summer long. There’s nothing quite like watching the skyline light up with a warm breeze off the water. Fireworks run weekly through early September!
