We'd like to thank our amazing maintenance and renovation team, Tayler and Kolby, for doing such a brilliant job on getting this apartment ready for the next family to move in. We appreciate and believe in you! They worked hard on repairs, installing the new subway tile backsplash, new luxury vinyl plank waterproof floors, new pull-down kitchen faucet and updating the deck. The walls are freshly painted bright white making it a beautiful space.

We'd also like to give a shoutout to Meagan from Lulu’s Maid Service who deep cleans our apartments to ensure they are sparkling clean for new residents. This one had quite a bit of repairs done so there was quite a bit to clean. Click on her page above to check out her dramatic before and afters!

A big shout out to the awesome team at Alpha Roofing, LLC. They’ve been working hard at updating the roofs at Cherished Apartment Homes and what a difference it makes.

They even cleared the massive build up of snow during this extreme winter to avoid additional damage. We appreciate you! You work hard and get it done!
