The 2022 Leasing Season is underway! Here's a sneak peak of a highly upgraded 1 bedroom at the building, with central air conditioning and in-unit laundry, priced at only $1650. We have others as well - 2 bedrooms ranging from about $1,700-$2,200 coming available all Summer long.

Our prices are so much lower than some of the "new" neighbors over on Chicago Ave etc. but this vintage lady has so much more charm and is definitely not one of the sad, old buildings that surround us.

These owners put the $ back into the property. There is almost always something going on here to improve the lives of our residents!

Our most recent renovation and rental in the building, priced at only $1,900/month for 2 large bedrooms, a massive living room and separate huge dining room, beautiful new bath and kitchen. Please contact us if you like this unit, we probably have one that is similar. Unbelievable value for the $ as compared to many of our competitors with new (er) buildings, along Chicago Ave and so forth. Even though our building is quite old - don't be fooled - this unit is every bit as updated as what they are offering and far less expensive with heat included, etc. while still having central AC - not to mention, tucked into the neighborhood v. in a high rise on a busy commercial street.
