✨So grateful for the kind words, birthday love, & for everyone who played a part in this last year. Feeling fortunate & excited as the next chapter begins.✨

Happy Birthday to our Jacy G! What a blessing this young lady is to our team. She is always a breath of fresh air with her witty personality and persistent optimism. Today we celebrated Jacy with great conversation, laughs, and a yummy pizza at Azzip.

It seems only fitting to not only celebrate her day of birth but also her success this past year. Jacy helped over 50 families achieve their real estate goals and she sold over $11 million in real estate in 2025. We know this success is from her hard work, passion for her clients and striving to be the best she can be!

Thank you Jacy for always being a bright light in all that you do. We know 2026 will be a year full of happiness and success for you and your clients.

✨I’m incredibly honored to be named one of the top 5 nominees in the Community Choice Awards for best real estate agent. Truthfully, asking for votes or attention isn’t something that comes naturally to me. I’d rather keep my head down and do the work. But this recognition is a reflection of the amazing people I get to work with every day. I’m humbled and grateful to be part of this community and to do work that I truly love.

🌟The 2024 Weichert Indiana Broker Council Awards were held earlier this month in Bloomington. I enjoyed great company & a fantastic dinner the night before and then a wonderful time the next day connecting with fellow Indiana Weichert brokers at the awards luncheon.

🏆I’m honored to have achieved Ambassador Club status in 2024 as well as earning the awards for Top Selling Agent in Units (number of homes sold) as well as Top Selling Agent in GCI (gross commission income). Real estate is such a dynamic & rewarding industry and 2024 proved to be a bit of an adventure with many changes to navigate and some challenges to overcome.

💗A sincere THANK YOU to my clients for their trust, my sweet family and friends for their support & enthusiasm, everyone at Weichert Realtors - The Schulz Group for their guidance & encouragement, and all those who helped make 2024 a standout year!
