This really hits home for me, especially working in real estate and now taking on a renovation of my own. 🏡🔨

Finding good, skilled tradespeople is SO important.....and there simply aren’t enough people entering these careers to replace those retiring. For every 5 skilled tradespeople leaving the workforce, only 2 are coming in behind them.

These are good, valuable careers that we will ALWAYS need. I love seeing more attention being put toward the trades and creating opportunities for the next generation. 👏
