Another smooth close for my clients. They closed on the sale of their home with True Title, and we closed yesterday with Columbia Title on the purchase of land where they we'll put their new home. Not one not two but three PENDING this week. My sellers accepted an offer on there house and are able to move forward with buying!! My other clients put in an offer yesterday evening and that was accepted right before midnight. Talk about a great way to end the week!!
