I don’t say this nearly enough, but thank you.
Every year my real estate business continues to grow, and I honestly couldn’t feel more grateful. The craziest part? About 99% of my business comes from referrals from friends, family, past clients, and people who simply believed in me enough to say, “Call Brittany she’s awesome.”
That means more to me than you’ll ever know.
I guess I should also give credit where it’s due… my husband. 😂 I’ve helped so many of his coworkers over the years that I’ve lost count, and through them I’ve made so many friendships of my own. Those relationships have become one of my favorite parts of this career.
This year has been one of the hardest years financially after stepping away from my hourly position because of my injuries. I never wanted handouts. I never asked for people to support me financially. The only thing I’ve asked for is referrals. The chance to earn your business. Luckily I have my husband that has sacrificed his days off & has worked his butt off to pick up my slack.
But here’s the truth… you can choose any real estate agent. There are a lot of great ones out there. Everyone says they’ll work hard for you, but I truly try to show it.
I’ve shown houses while on maternity leave. I’ve offered to watch dogs during showings. I’ve helped clean homes before listings. I’ve even had to bring one of my kids along a few times because life happens. But when you’re my client, I’m all in.
I also won’t ever pressure you into making the biggest financial decision of your life just so I can get a paycheck faster. If I think a house isn’t right for you, I’ll tell you. If I think you should slow down, I’ll tell you that too. My reputation means far more to me than a commission check.
The best part of this job isn’t even the houses anymore. It’s the people. I’ve been invited to weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, and even those “I just need to vent” phone calls. So many clients have become genuine friends, and that’s something I never take for granted.
So from the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who has recommended my name to your friends, family, coworkers, or neighbors. Your trust means everything to me, and you’ve helped build a business that I truly love.
If you know me, you know I’m loyal to my people. I’ll always do everything I can to take care of you, just like you’ve taken care of me.
