Update your cabinet hardware. No, it’s not going to add thousands of dollars to your sale price, but what it will do is give your kitchen a fresh and updated look and feel…and that might prevent the buyer from asking for a credit to update the space.

You can find simple, stylish cabinet hardware at Home Depot or Amazon, without spending an arm and a leg.
