Our general office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday; however, we are frequently out of the office inspecting properties, etc., especially after 2:30 pm. Even if we are not physically present at the office, many times we are still able to take your call, so please feel free to call us. Residential Maintenance Technician!

We are a residential landlord with about 240 units in Evansville. Most of the work we do involves getting properties ready for rent between tenants, but we need someone to answer work orders for tenants. We are looking for a person who is EPA certified to do HVAC diagnosis and repair, appliance repair, basic electrical, basic plumbing, minor roof repair, installation of laminate, vinyl, and carpet flooring, framing/carpentry (especially subfloors), drywall repair and installation, and painting.

Our personnel provide their own personal tools, but we provide basically everything else. Most of the time, you will work on your own and, occasionally, with others.

We pay based on your value. If you know a lot and do your job well, we pay well. Competency on your own in multiple disciplines required. Please do not waste our time contacting us unless you have several years of verifiable experience in all or most of the above fields. We expect you to be good at your job and to complete projects in a timely manner.

Having a truck/van with a trailer hitch is required...

Construction Laborer/Carpenter!

We are a small-to-medium size residential landlord with about 240 units in Evansville. Most of the work we do involves getting properties ready for rent between tenants. We sometimes do extensive remodeling of our properties, especially after purchase. Services we perform include, but are not limited to, basic electrical, basic plumbing, minor roof repair, installation of laminate, vinyl, and carpet flooring, installation of windows and doors, framing/carpentry, drywall repair and installation, painting, minor foundation repair, siding, and limited concrete repair.

We pay based on your value. If you know a lot and do your job well, we pay well. We are looking for someone who knows property maintenance and renovation - carpentry, drywall, window replacement, siding, and painting. Drywall Finisher!

We are a small-to-medium size residential landlord with about 240 units in Evansville. We offer a variety of properties (houses, duplexes, apartments) at competitive prices. We are looking for a drywall installer/drywall finisher to perform rental turnovers and assisting our other maintenance staff with repairs/remodeling of rental units.

Our personnel provide their own personal tools and work roughly forty hours per week usually 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on the jobs that are posted or assigned. We are flexible with our scheduling.

Ten days paid vacation and ten paid holidays vest after six months. We pay based on your value. If you know a lot and do your job well, we pay well. Starting pay is depending on experience and may be adjusted after you are established with us. Competency on your own required.
