Maintenance Technician Needed — Part Time, 15 hours a week. Most work will be at our west side location. We are a small family owned property.

Pay based on experience
Reliable transportation and cell phone required
Occasional on call for after-hours emergencies.

Basic knowledge of:

• HVAC (basic troubleshooting & filter changes)
• Plumbing, Electrical, General handyman repairs (drywall, painting touch-ups, locks, doors, windows, appliances, caulking) and turning units to prepare for future residents.
• Ability to diagnose problems, follow directions, and complete work orders fully
• Preventative maintenance knowledge
• Ability to work independently and make sure everything is complete before leaving the job site so there are no return calls.
• Experience with apartment turns and property maintenance a huge plus.
