There’s something underrated about starting the week with your house back at baseline.
Not perfectly clean. Not magazine-ready. Just ready for real life.
Try the 10-10-10 Sunday reset:
10 minutes in the kitchen: dishes handled, counters cleared, trash checked.
10 minutes on clutter: grab a basket, walk the main living spaces, and return anything that wandered away from its actual home.
10 minutes for Monday: backpacks packed, work bags ready, keys located, and tomorrow’s essentials by the door.
Thirty minutes. Three targets. A noticeably less chaotic Monday.
That’s the Sunday reset: less “clean the whole house,” more “make tomorrow easier.”
