Between gas, energy, food costs, and rising housing prices, it’s easy to see why the average age of a first-time homebuyer is getting closer to 40 years old.

Over the last 10 years, soaring home prices haven’t helped either. People always point to interest rates, but anymore it feels like everything keeps going up no matter what rates do.

It really gets you thinking about how hard a lot of people are working these days just to get by.

Ashleigh contacted me with a lot of great questions as a first time homebuyer. We met at the office and went over all of the steps and when the time was right we started looking at homes. We looked quite awhile until we found just the right home that would give Aaron, Ashleigh and their family a little space to grow into and in the area they desired.
