This is why we get inspections even in new houses. Flu pipe is missing from inside the furnace. Buyer probably would not have noticed this until they were poisoned by carbon monoxide the first time the furnace was turned on.

We are still doing Home Inspections. Just under new guidelines. Payments will be by credit card of VENMO only. Reports and review will be given out the next day by email, and discussions will be by phone or facetime. Limited or no contact with clients on site during the inspection for your protection.

Unfortunately, this house has a few issues with her septic system.... See the yellow fluorescent dye percolating up from the ground, then back flowing back into the sump pump pit?

I hope everyone has been proactive and covered their crawlspace vents with extra wind protection/insulation this winter as I have posted in the past! As soon as the temp goes up, we will see the plumbing companies go crazy fixing those frozen, then thawed, pipes!
