scammers are targeting the actual business Turn Key property management but using houses that we do not own or manage to try to scam individuals for a $50 application fee made payable through Venmo or PayPal or chime.. do not fall for this. This is not Turn Key . Our website is www.turnkeyprop.com. You will see the house that you were applying for and be able to view the house before an application is submitted. We will never ask for an application or money before viewing the property as long as you are prequalified.. this individual is trying to get people to send her $50 in in return. She will send them an application. I have heard that she actually does send them the application but she has no intentions of getting back with him or refunding their money.. she refuses to meet anyone at any of the homes and she never provides the street address. we have had countless people reach out to us. We have reported her post to Facebook no less than 100 times and I told every time it does not go against community standards they will not remove it. We have reported her to Venmo with no luck. she is advertising homes that are either for sale by various real estate agents and companies in this town or other management companies that using the Turn Key name. this has been going on for months.

we have tried to get Facebook legal to email us or call us back. Their number does not work in their legal email is no longer active. This lady is using the email [email protected].

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair work in our apartment buildings. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings are kept in good condition, ensuring safety and comfort for our tenants.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems as needed.
Respond to tenant requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the apartment complex layout and systems, to be able to perform effective maintenance and repair work.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on each unit, including work orders, parts used, and time spent.
Perform routine inspections of the buildings, identifying and addressing potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, and parking lots.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs or maintenance work.
Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance issues.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with tenants, colleagues, and contractors.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials as needed.
This is a full-time position
Must pass drug test
Must have own Truck tranportation and tools.
Hourly rate, bonuses monthly and milegae reimbursement to the right Candidate

90 day probabation period.

Must be able to use You Tube and google to figure things out on their own without interupting others work day to ask simple quetions
